Layla Rose Boyles

Layla Rose Boyles is a Senior Manager and Licensed NYS Associate RE Broker at CENTURY 21 Realty Center and member of the HGAR Professional Committee (Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors). She is extremely skilled in areas of negotiation, pricing, staging, customer service, and helping people realize their real estate goals. She is aware of what is required to bring transactions to the closing table, and is known for selling homes quickly, even after they’ve expired with other agents. A true Monroe native, Layla attended Maple Lane Nursery, Harriman Kindergarten, North main Elementary, and Monroe-Woodbury Junior High and High Schools. In her school years, she played tennis and was actively involved in theater. Her childhood was also marked by her parents’ local business. They were friends in one way or another with most of the brokerage community. From play dates with her friends to joining her father (JEMRO Home Improvements) on storm door and window treatment sales as his “little helper,” Layla visited and developed a vast knowledge of many types of homes and neighborhoods in Orange County. Layla is raising the real estate marketing bar by incorporating modern concepts to real estate by continuously adding more video and creative ads into her property campaigns. By introducing new negotiation and marketing techniques, she is able to generate higher prices for her clients in the Greater Monroe-Woodbury area. Since Joining CENTURY 21 Realty Center in 2009, Layla has listed, sold, or leased over 200 properties. In 2013, Layla was ranked #16 out of 5,579 active realtors based on amount of sales in The Greater Hudson Valley MLS. She has been featured on NBC’s Open House NYC, mentioned in publications such as Broker Weekly, New York Post, New York Observer, and The Wall Street Journal. Before joining MRC, Layla worked with the Corcoran Group (the #1 real estate company in Manhattan), where the Wall Street Journal ranked she and her coworkers #9 out of the top 200 real estate teams in the United States. She is tenacious, creative and has a strong ethical compass, which creates trust on both sides of the negotiation.” When she’s not showing homes in the neighborhood, she and her 6-year-old son are generally at home, making every conversation into a musical performance or a Kung Fu Movie.
